Chris Bailey and I had a first meeting about Suncake Lounge Vol.2 on the weekend and earmarked 13 of the “songstarters” that I’d sent him before to work on for the album. We’re both excited about making this a much more collaborative effort, and also about involving some more musician friends from around Taiwan.

I’m applying for SESAC membership after being released by SAMRO. First order of business is to get a US ITIN (Individual Taxpayer) number. Seems it’s going to take a while and require a trip to Taipei – wish I’d known about this while I was waiting two months for SAMRO to release me.
