I’ve updated the photos section with some pics from Saturday’s Paulstock performance in Dakeng, Taichung. Thanks for the pics, Savaia and happy birthday again, Paul! Had a great old time performing my set in front of a live and physically present audience after doing mostly online gigs for the last while. Looking forward to performing in RL a lot more in future and I’m especially looking forward to two performances with Viba in August.

Time for a blog-update, though no news is good news in this case. Had a really nice performance at Oyster Bay in SL today. Proprietor, Morris Vig, has created a really cool performance space amidst some very interesting SL sculptures. My thanks to Morris for hosting me and to Isolde Flamand for arranging the performance.

I happily sold my first album downloads via my new in-world vendor at the gig. Glad to know that the system is working! My albums remain available from numerous other online outlets (including iTunes), but it’s great to have the albums for sale within SL and in Linden Dollars – incidentally, the downloads are also slightly cheaper than elsewhere. At the moment, only the full album downloads are available in-world.

I’m working on a track inspired by Missing Pages for the SL premiere of this ground breaking photo-animated sci-fi thriller on the 19th. The innovative short has won numerous awards and writer/director Jerome Olivier will be in SL to talk about the film. I’m really looking forward to this one!

DJ Doubledown Tandino hosts Deep Sexy Cool at Playboy (yup, the one and only!) every Tuesday night as part of the Playboy Music Series. I’ll be performing at the first of these events this Tuesday between 7pm and 8pm (SL Time).

My Secondfest performance has definitely been the highlight of my SL music career so far ;^) I’ll be updating the photos section soon with pics from my peformance. My thanks and congratulations again to everyone involved with Secondfest: Intel, the Guardian and Rivers Run Red. My special thanks to Slim Warrior for ensuring that everything ran smoothly on the Chill Island. Due in large part to her efforts, the Chill Island had the best attended stage at Secondfest. And of course to Doubledown Tandino for getting me on the bill in the first place.

I’m on the bill for this weekend’s Secondfest in Second Life sponsored by the Guardian and Intel. The line-up is incredible – the headliners include Pet Shop Boys, Tom Findley (Groove Armada DJ Set), Cinematic Orchestra, Coldcut… I’ll be performing on Sunday on the Chill Island. The time is still to be confirmed, so check my live events calender.

I’m also very happy to announce a weekly gig at the Mood Lounge in SL. Starting this week, I’ll be performing at this chilled-out venue every Thursday between 10am and 11am (SL time).

My time has been confirmed as 7am – 8am PDT (SL Time) on Sunday. The full line-up at Secondfest has also been updated with performance times for all the artists. Please keep in mind that these times are for England. To get the Second Life time, subtract 8 hours from the advertised time. Confusing right? Welcome to my world – we’re 15 hours ahead of PDT!
